Working with Customers in Fixably
Fixably has robust customer management features allowing for automated order management and customer communication.
The purpose of any business is to serve customers.
Customers are at the heart of Fixably, and there are multiple ways to manage and communicate with them. The Fixably interface also allows communication with customers via SMS or email without ever leaving the application, including commonly used message templates.
Customer databases can be easily imported and exported in bulk, or customer records can be added, edited, and deleted individually. A repair workflow can begin by creating a new customer or searching for an existing one. Alternatively, a customer can be added or attached to a work order at any stage of the repair process.
