Accessing Part Requests
- From the Navigation Sidebar, select Stocks and then Part Requests.
Page Overview
Part Requests has 3 lists:
- All Parts Available - part requests where all requested order lines have parts available in stock.
- Partially Available - part requests where at least one requested order line has parts available, but others are missing.
- Part Return Requests - a technician has requested the parts team to come and collect parts (for various reasons)
Filters:
- The list has several possible filters:
- Queue
- Warranty - In Warranty, Out-of-Warranty
- Technician - Technician assigned to the Order
- Owner - Parts team member handling the Part Request

Status - Part Request Status
- Not completed - show ‘waiting for parts’ and ‘in progress’
- Waiting for parts - show unassigned part requests
- In progress - show assigned part requests
- Completed - show part requests where parts have been collected by technician
- All - show all part requests
Idle Reload
The Idle Reload setting controls how quickly the Part Request page automatically refreshes if there is no browser activity.
