- IGSPN Integration:
- Added compliance for Samsung’s recent customer data retention policies
- For all Samsung Warranty Repairs, Fixably will now anonymize the following data 100 days after the SO is closed:
- Customer Name
- Address
- Phone Number
- Device Serial Number is Masked
Updates to Existing Features:
- Updates to Bring to Order / Favourite products workflows:
- When a User uses the favourite products menu, they will now only see the “Bring to Order” screen for Stockable products
- Types: Product, Replacement, Module and Loaner
- If a User chooses a Service, Transport, or Excess type Product, the item will be added directly to the Order.
- This reduces unnecessary user input, creating a small efficiency gain.

- Added the Croatian language version of the Consumer Law Coverage document.
