    New Features: Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

    New Features:

    • Customer Portal Public Tracking Page
      • To provide a more secure experience for your customers, the Order lookup method in the "Check Order Status" page has been changed.
      • Once the customer enters their Order number, a confirmation email will be sent to the email on the Order with a code.
      • Once the customer enters the code, they can see their Order Status
    • New field: Employee Department
      • A new field has been added to the employee cards to define their department.
      • This is useful for larger organizations with high headcounts.
      • The employee’s department is visible in any order events they perform.

     

    Updates to Existing Features:

    • Fixably API:
      • POST /devices can now set device tags
      • Previously, this was only available with PATCH /devices.
    • IGSPN Integration:
      • Added support for recent changes to PC029 – Multi Major Part usage
      • Any SO containing Multi Major Parts will not be possible to close, and a PC029 error will occur
      • The following part groups are targeted for PC029: PBA / OCTA / CAMERA / SUB UB / OLED / METAL FRAME.
      • In order to proceed, an SRC029 – Excessive Part Usage, SAW request is required


         

    Bug Fixes:

    • Stocks:
      • Fixed an issue where Admin users were shown all Location stocks even if they had a default service location. 
    • IGSPN Integration:
      • Fixed an issue where Flat Rate products were not working correctly.
    • Order Lines:
      • Fixed an issue where the selling price was set on the Order Line even though the user selected warranty.
      • Fixed an issue where the selling price was set on the Order Line even though the user selected exchange price.
    • Payment Types:
      • Fixed an issue where Invoices could not be marked as paid if the “Unknown” payment type was missing
      • The logic has been removed. 
    • Discount Macros
      • Fixed an issue where the AddDiscount macro incorrectly formatted the order line name under certain configurations.
