How do I set up Delivery Methods?

Creating New Delivery Methods
Using an Administrator account, from the Fixably Home Screen, select your User Name menu and then click System Settings.
From the Settings Menu, click Delivery Methods.
Two delivery methods, Customer Pickup/Dropoff and Customer Mail-in are created by default. If additional delivery methods are needed then Click New Delivery Method

Select the Carrier. Any Shipping Integrations you are using will be visible.
Enter a Name. This name is visible in Macros and the Customer Portal when the Delivery Method is used.
Enter the Short Name. This name is used on Printouts and when viewing the Delivery Method in an Order.
Select the Type of Delivery Method based on how the device will be received or returned.
- Drop off – The customer brings the device to your location and collects it after service.
- Shipping – The device is sent and returned using a shipping carrier.
- Pickup – The device is collected from the customer and returned after service.

No Return – The device is not returned to the customer after service.
If this Delivery Method is used with Internal Transits, click the Internal Delivery checkbox.
If the Delivery Method is used in the Customer Portal, select Yes from the Visible for Customers drop-down menu. 
If a Description is added, this will be shown to the customer in the Portal when selecting this method. If Instructions are added, these will be shown after the customer.

Select the Location or Store the Delivery Method should be available for. 
Select the Queue the Delivery Method should be available for.
When complete, click Save.
Changing Delivery Methods
- Using an Administrator account, from the Fixably Home Screen, select your User Name menu and then click System Settings.

- From the Settings Menu, click Delivery Methods.

- From the list, click the Gear menu beside the Delivery Method you are looking to edit.

- Click Edit.

- Modify any information as required.

- When complete, click Save.
Connecting to Shipping Carrier Integrations
Fixably supports a wide variety of shipping carriers from global carriers such as UPS, DHL and Fed-Ex to regional carriers that operate in specific countries or territories. If your tenant has been enabled for one of our supported global carriers, please see the articles below.
