How do I filter incoming emails?
This article will explain how you can filter incoming emails in your user settings by store and, or service location.
This feature allows the individual to filter incoming emails within their own user settings. Start by clicking on your name in the top right corner and select, 'User Settings.'
Click on the 'Expand' button next to General and scroll down to the 'Default store' and 'Default service location.' To automatically filter emails by store or location in incoming email view you need to select an option in the drop-down field.
Once you have selected a default store and, or service location, scroll down further until you see the options to auto select a default store or location for incoming emails.
Make sure to save your system settings once these options have been selected. You will then see in your incoming email view the default store/location chosen.
