Updates to Existing Features:
- VMI - Added AirPods 4 to image catalogue.
- Cost Estimate with Options:
- Users can now send additional estimates to a customer after one has been accepted or rejected.
- This is useful for workflows that may quote an inspection fee and the repair at separate stages of the workflow.
- This is also useful in the event of a repair requote situation.
- GSX Integration:
- When using View parts button, the User will now see available stock in their location.
- Previously this was available when adding a Product to an Order, but was not visible when viewing the part list from GSX.
- Consumer Law Coverage Form
- Previously the CLC Form language was selected based on your tenant's locale settings.
- The logic has been changed to make the CLC form language selection based on the Customers language value.
- If the customer language is not available, the Service locations default language will be used. If the Service location does not have a default language, Fixably will fall back to the tenant localization settings.
- When using View parts button, the User will now see available stock in their location.
- IGSPN Integration:
- When using BOM list, stock availability is now shown
- Previously this was available when adding a Product to an Order, but was not visible when viewing the BOM list from GSPN.
- SO Warranty Status in Order Lists
- The current SO warranty status is now visible when viewing an Order List.
- When using BOM list, stock availability is now shown
- Manifests:
- Moved the “Remove” button to the right side of the Manifest form.
- This aims to make it harder for a User to accidentally select the remove button rather than moving to the next item.
Bug Fixes:
- Device Model database: Fixed an issue where the device model header showed duplicated values.
- Fixed an issue where mandatory fields were not respected when using the device.create macro step with custom fields.
- Roles & Permissions: fixed an issue where Users could not print Orders even with the correct permissions.
