- Receipts
- Invoice export includes:
- Invoice Lines with prices and tax information
- Customer information
- Upon the first invoice export for a customer, a customer will be created in Xero.
- The invoice customer will be mapped to the customer ID in Xero.
- For each invoice exported for this customer, the invoice will be mapped to this specific customer’s external system ID, which is stored in the Fixably database.
- Product information so that the product is created in the accounting system (optional)
- If product mapping is enabled in system settings, all invoice line products will be created upon the first invoice export and mapped to the accounting system product.
- Deposits and refunds are supported
Invoice Exports
- There is a system setting that controls where single invoices are exported to Xero automatically or manually
- If set to automated, the invoice will be exported with a cron job.
- If set to manual, invoices need to be exported from the invoice list views.
- Consolidated invoices need to be manually exported.
