Updates to Existing Features:

• GSX Integration:
  • Added some new logic to how we create GSX Purchase Orders:
    • GSX Purchase Orders are now created when the Repair reaches the “Repair Released from Processing” status in GSX.
    • Previously, we created purchase orders immediately upon creating the GSX repair.
    • This change should help prevent orphaned Purchase Orders for “Local Approval Declined” repairs.
• Purchase Orders:
  • Added a manual “Close” button to open Purchase Orders
  • Our existing logic of auto-closing a PO once all items have been received still applies.
  • This gives Users an additional option for cases where they need to manually close a PO.
• Parts Pending Purchase:
  • Updated so order lines marked DOA, GPR, and Accidental Damage Returns are no longer included in the Parts Pending Purchase view.
• Cost Estimates with Options:
  • Cleaned up the logic on how Fixably sets the Cost Estimate Product types based on the Type in the Product card.

• Fixably Booking App:
  • Added a new option to System Settings > Booking app: Max concurrent appointments.
    • Users can set the maximum number of appointments that can be booked in the same 15-minute time slot. Default is 3.
• Xero Integration:
  • Purchase Orders can now be exported to Xero
• New Rounding Option:
  • Added a new option to System Settings > General > Rounding for 0.10 rounding.
• Translations:
  • Updated Serbian Translations
     

Bug Fixes:

• Purchase Orders:
  • Fixed an issue where Uses were unable to receive a PO if the item quantity had been edited.
• GSX Mail-in Returns:
  • Fixed an issue where Closed and Completed GSX repairs could still show up in Mail-in Returns.
• Batch Edit:
  • Fixed an issue where Batch Edit could reset custom fields to default values when no changes were requested.
• Enterprise BI Tools:
  • Fixed an issue where the Stock Quantities table in BI was showing different values than the Fixably UI.
• Part Requests:
  • Fixed an issue where Accidental Damage returns could not able to be retrieved.
• GSX Integration:
  • Fixed an issue where the device card may not render correctly under some conditions.
• Fedex Poland Integration:
  • Fixed an issue where incorrect customer data was visible on incoming shipment waybills.
• Order Lines:
  • Fixed an issue where the incorrect purchase price was displayed in Order Lines.
