• Location-Specific Price Lists
  • Assign a dedicated price list to each service location, so the same product can carry different prices depending on where the work is carried out.
  • Ideal for businesses running multiple stores or countries where costs, taxes, or market pricing differ by site — set each location's price list once and the correct pricing is applied automatically on every order raised there.
• Order Line Price Editing Permission
  • A new permission controls who can edit the price of an order line, letting you restrict price changes to admin-level users.
  • Front-line staff continue working orders as normal while pricing stays locked down, reducing accidental or unauthorized discounting.
• Invoicee-Based Pricing Suggestions (opt-in)
  • Order lines can now suggest a price based on the invoicee's agreed margin.
  • When enabled, the suggested price is calculated from the invoicee's margin and respects the VAT selected on the line — so quoting the right figure for insurers, resellers, or other third-party payers takes one click instead of a manual calculation.
• Per-Stock Replenishment Overrides
  • Set a default replenishment level on a product, then override it for individual stock locations that need different minimums.
  • A busy store can hold a higher reorder level while a smaller satellite location keeps less on hand — all managed from the same product.
  • Overrides are visible and editable on the product card's Stocks tab, and can be read or set in bulk via stock import, stock export, and the v3 API.
• Configurable Serial Number Prefix
  • Define a prefix for auto-generated serial numbers.
  • Makes it easy to identify where a serial came from at a glance — for example, tagging vouchers by promotion or campaign.
• Terms & Conditions Dynamic Variables
  • Terms & Conditions printouts now support dynamic variables that pull location-specific entity details.
  • A single template can display the correct legal entity, address, or registration details for whichever location produced the document — no need to maintain a separate template per site.
• Fixably API
  • Relative Stock Adjustment
    • A new endpoint adjusts a product's stock quantity by a relative amount (e.g. +5 / −2) rather than setting an absolute figure.
    • Simplifies integrations with warehouse or POS systems that report movements rather than running totals.
  • Users by External Identifier
    • Read and filter users by their external identifier through the Users API.
    • Makes it easier to reconcile Fixably users against an external HR or identity system without tracking internal IDs.
  • Order Line Notes & Creator
    • Set and update an order line's notes field via the v3 API, and read back which user created each line.
    • Lets integrations attach and maintain context on individual lines, and supports auditing who added what to an order.
• GSX — Missing Parts Warning
  • Fixably now warns when an Apple part isn't in the device's GSX parts list.
  • Catches part-eligibility issues early, before they cause a rejection later in the repair flow.

• Report Builder V2
  • Report queries have been optimized for large datasets.
  • Reports that filter across orders return noticeably faster, especially on high-volume accounts.
• Order Batch Import
  • Order batch import now runs through the queued import/export framework.
  • Large imports process in the background without tying up your screen, and any rows that fail come back in a downloadable error report — so you can correct and re-import just those rather than starting over.
• Order Line Webhooks
  • Order line webhook payloads now include the changed field values, showing both the previous and the new value.
  • Integrations can react to exactly what changed on a line without re-fetching the whole order.
• Macros — Device Custom Fields
  • The device.create macro step can now set device custom fields.
  • Capture device-specific data (warranty references, asset tags, and similar) automatically as part of a macro instead of entering it by hand.

Bug Fixes

• Order Handling:
  • Order lines no longer revert from "Part Requested" to "Pending purchase" while a purchase order is still attached.
  • Cancelled orders are no longer included in home-page queue counts.
  • Fixed filtering the order list by "My location".
  • Fixed being unable to edit the price on an order line using custom pricing.
  • Fixed-VAT products now use their own VAT rate when calculating stock prices.
• Performance:
  • A broken cached page section no longer brings down the whole page.
• Purchase Orders:
  • Editing a purchase order no longer silently removes all its lines and auto-closes it.
  • Fixed a crash when sorting the Purchase Orders list by vendor name.
