Orders

• A warning now appears when you edit a device linked to more than one order, listing the other affected orders
• Half-typed order notes (and the note type) are preserved and restored after a browser refresh, crash, or closed tab — with one-click discard
• The GSX repair reason code is now shown in the order view, and "Repair number" is relabeled "GSX Repair number"

Samsung

• The Samsung (GSPN) device-create macro step now lets you pick both Category and Sub-category from cascading dropdowns, saved on the device
• Faster Samsung device lookups — model info is read from local device models instead of a per-device Samsung GSPN query

Stock

• Clearer "Transfer DOA items" toggle on stock transfers; you're only asked to pick a DOA destination when more than one exists
• Adding a stock item's serial to an order line (or receiving it in incoming goods) now auto-fills its IMEI onto the order line

Invoicing & Payments

• The internal "Unknown" and "Deposit" payment types are now hidden from Payment Type settings and the charge/invoice dropdown
• The Order Charge flow step can take payment against an existing unpaid invoice (when enabled) instead of always creating a new cash invoice

Purchase Invoices

• New "incidence" filter on the purchase invoices list, to show only invoices flagged with an incidence

Service Contracts

• Choose the default alarm trigger/notification method (and "repeat until acknowledged") for legacy service contracts, with clearer field labels

Bug Fixes

Purchase Orders

• Fixed a crash ("Invalid parameter number") when actioning pending purchase orders

Invoicing

• Fixed a crash when charging an order/invoice
• Fixed the Invoice button incorrectly behaving like Charge (forcing a payment type and marking the invoice paid)
• Fixed an "Export all invoices" redirect loop on the Apple invoice list

Manifests

• Fixed the error when opening Manifests > Processed Outbound/Inbound

Stock / Incoming Goods

• Fixed Incoming Goods search so searching by order number finds parts linked via order lines
• Fixed order import wrongly rejecting custom-field values over 255 characters; the error now names the field/value

Shipments

• Fixed "Order couldn't be found" when sending a waybill from the Shipments > Pending inbound workbench
• Fixed FedEx Poland pickup rejections ([7026]) by constraining/auto-adjusting pickup time to FedEx's valid window

Device Catalogue

• Fixed Device Catalogue wizard issues — queue is now single-select, the feature dropdown opens, editing loads saved features, and feature changes save on existing models

Pricing & Margins

• Restored the Pending Quote Approval price-list guard (was never firing due to an enum/string mismatch)
• Fixed margin type not being set on imported margin price-list items

Login

• Fixed a crash during Microsoft/Azure AD login when no access token is returned; users now see a clean authentication error

Customer Portal

• Fixed order notes showing raw HTML tags as text in the customer portal; notes now render as clean formatted text

Booking App

• Fixed slot-expiry recovery at submit for non-English (e.g. Finnish) users — the "pick a new slot" prompt now appears correctly
• Stopped public booking from overwriting shared address records

Fixably Camera App

• Redesigned media editor — drawing/annotation tools, crop with undo, and brightness adjustment
• Video trimming inside the app
• New gallery with a thumbnail strip
• More reliable photo/video switching and deleting, plus a more dependable QR scanner
