- Added a new feature where Admins can define a DOA type stock.
- When enabled, the behaviour of the “Mark as DOA” option on an Order Line changes.
- If there is a DOA stock, marking a Part as DOA will automatically move the part into the DOA stock for future follow-up.
- If no DOA stocks are set, this workflow is bypassed.
- Public-Facing Product Names:
- Added a new option where a Public Name can be added to Products
- If this field is set, it will be used on Customer Printouts and in the Customer Portal
- If no value is set, the normal product name continues to be used
- This value can be set individually on each product code or using an import.
- This update is helpful for tenants using OEM integrations, where Product names from the manufacturer may not be customer-friendly.
- SLA / Turnaround Time:
- Turnaround Time has been renamed to SLA / Turnaround Time to better reflect industry naming conventions.
- A new option was added to make certain TAT / SLA configurations specific to certain customers.
- IGSPN Integration:
- Added a new macro step to allow users to set VOID codes more conveniently.
- When using the macro, Fixably support can define “shortcuts” for commonly used options.
- This macro step can also be used within other macros, creating convenient workflow possibilities where a user can VOID a warranty and send a quote to the customer with an inspection fee, all in one workflow.
- If you would like to have this setup in your tenant, please reach out to support@fixably.com.
