Integration Availability 

P24 is available for customers in Poland on Fixably Enterprise agreements. To have the feature enabled in your tenant, please reach out to support@fixably.com.

For tenants on Premium, Basic, or Legacy agreements, please contact customer.success@fixably.com for more details. 

 

Prerequisites

To enable the P24 integration, a business must have an active Przelewy24 merchant account. The following credentials must be provided and configured within Fixably:

  • Merchant ID
  • API Key
  • CRC Key
  • Other configurations as required in Fixably’s system settings

Note: Customers must whitelist the Fixably API address in their P24 dashboard in order to have payments working. Please reach out to support@fixably.com for the IP address. 

 

Configuring P24

Go to System Settings > Integrations > Prezelewy24. 

 

Add your Merchant ID from your P24 account. 

 

Add the CRC Key from the P24 Dashboard.

 

If desired, you can set an Expiration Time. When this time is met, the invoice will be cancelled. 

 

Add a Redirect URL. This is the page your customer will be directed to when the payment is complete (this could be your website, for example).

 

Enable your accepted Payment Methods. 

Please note that your payment methods also need to be enabled in the P24 Dashboard before selecting the same in Fixably.

If you need more information about your available Payment methods, please reach out to P24 directly. 

 

When complete, click Save.

 

Enabling P24 

When you are ready to enable your Production P24 account to accept customer payments, click the Environment drop down and then click Production.

 

Click the Active checkbox. 

 

When complete, click Save.

 

 

Other Considerations

  • If you want to test the integration in Test mode, please be aware that your Test P24 account and details will be different from your Production account. 
  • If you are an enterprise account with a UAT environment, we suggest setting up your P24 test account with your UAT Fixably tenant.
