Responding to Manifest Cost Estimates
- Log in to the customer portal and click the Manifests tab. Click on the desired Manifest #.
- The Processed Items tab shows any Orders that are currently in processing within your service location.
- Click on the Pending Approval tab to see any pending Cost Estimates associated with this Manifest.
- Under the Approve Quote and Decline Quote options, you can click to see the Parts and their costs.
- To action multiple Cost Estimates at once, select the checkboxes for each Order (or select all), then choose Approve or Decline from the drop-down menu. When you're ready, click the Execute button.
- You can also click the View Estimate button to manually review and action the cost estimate.
- Once you respond to a cost estimate, the Order Status under Processed Items will update accordingly.
