New Features:
- GSX Escalations:
- The new GSX Escalations feature allows users to create and manage GSX escalations directly within Fixably, eliminating the need to use Apple’s GSX interface.
- When in an Order, a new option has been added to the Device Card > Gear Menu > Create Escalation.
Updates to Existing Features:
- GSX Integration:
- Added a new option to System Settings > Integrations > GSX:
- Prevent Return Before Replace (CRBR) repair from being created if there are warranty order lines.
- CRBR repairs are not paid warranty reimbursement, and you do not get a replacement part for your stock from Apple.
- This prevents technicians from creating Return Before Replace repairs with VMI-Green and Warranty status on the part.
- Added a new option to System Settings > Integrations > GSX:
- Macros:
- Added a new option where a macro can now be visible when an Order is in specific statuses.
- This is useful for multiple scenarios for both Fixably Depot and Fixably Repair type tenants.
- For example, if you have a Pickup macro, it can now be hidden unless the order is closed and in the 'Ready for Pickup' status.
- To have this configured with your macros, please reach out to support@fixably.com or submit a ticket from your tenant.
- Cost Estimates API:
- Added the Cost Estimate Option name to the API responses.
- This makes it easier for tenants responding to cost estimates via API, where multiple approval options are configured.
- Product Labels:
- Added a new option that makes the PO number visible on the Product Labels.
- Translations:
- Updates to Spanish translations.
- Updates to French translations.
Bug Fixes:
- Device Search:
- Fixed an issue where Users could not search for an Order by a device custom field if that device did not have a serial number stored.
- Automations:
- Fixed an issue where the send.email.template macro step would not work correctly if multiple email addresses were configured.
- Manifests:
- Fixed an issue where multiple Orders could be generated when receiving a manifest item.
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where the system could be slow to respond when adding Apple’s non-serialized device to Orders.
- Fixed an issue where the backglass price could be overridden when an Order syncs with GSX.
- Fixed an issue where duplicate items could be added to a GSX Purchase Order.
- Part Requests:
- Fixed an issue where the release button in a Part Request was not working correctly.
- Signature App:
- Fixed an issue where customer signatures could be rendered as an X under some circumstances.
- Rounding:
- Increased the number of decimal places stored in Order Lines and Invoice Lines.
- This resolves a rounding issue in some countries.
- HTML Printouts:
- Fixed an issue where values in a Cost Estimate printout could render off-page.
- Cost Estimates:
- Fixed an issue where the incorrect language could be used in Cost Estimates and related emails.
- Enterprise BI Tools:
- Fixed an issue where the Product createdAt and updatedAt values were incorrect when using BI Views.
- Products:
- Fixed an issue where importing “Service” type products could create or update an item to use the “Other” type.
