Upcoming New Features: Roles & Permissions
- Fixably's new Roles & Permissions feature is a complete overhaul to our access control capabilities.
- The new feature includes almost 400 available parameters that Admin's can use to customize their user's access to their Fixably tenant.
- Public documentation will be available in Week 46
- Scheduled Release date: November 21, 2024
- Feature will be available to Fixably Enterprise and Premium Customers

New Features:

New Consolidate Invoices Layout
- A new layout option for consolidated invoices has been added.
- This option provides a more compact consolidated invoice for Users that don’t need as much detail and want to make their invoice documents less pages.
- The updated layout can be selected on a customer-by-customer basis
- To enable to new invoice option, select the “Compact Consolidated Invoice Layout” option on the customer card.
- Consolidated invoices must be enabled for this feature to be available.

Outgoing Manifests
- Fixably’s Manifest feature has been updated to include an Outgoing Manifest functionality.
- This feature is designed for Fixably Depot users and other customers who service a high volume of devices.
- This workflow creates a more convenient process to handle the workflow between your repair lines and your shipping / logistics teams.

Updates to Existing Features:

Manifests:
- Updated the Manifest Printout Documents to be in Landscape formatting
- This change allows for most Task Values and other Columns to fit in the available space in the printout layout.

Tasks:
- Added a new option for Tasks to show them on the Incoming and Outgoing Manifest creation forms
- This allows Admins to select which Task datapoints should be gathered at different stages of the workflow.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where no error message was shown to the user when a password reset fails.
- Fixed an issue where consolidated invoices could not be sent to Procounter.
