Policy Change Details:

  • Effective Date for All Users: September 3, 2024

This change is part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing the security of our services and protecting your data. Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) adds an extra layer of security by requiring not only a password and username but also something that only the user has on them, i.e., a piece of information only they should know or have immediately to hand.

What You Need to Do:

  • For Administrators: Please ensure that 2FA is enabled for your accounts by September 1, 2024. Detailed instructions on how to enable 2FA can be found here & here.

Note: Tenants who already have 2FA or Single Sign-On (SSO) enabled will not be impacted by this change.
