New Features: Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

New Features:

  • IGSPN Integration:
    • A new shortcut option has been added to the IGSPN Repair Update form
    • Users can now quickly update the IRIS codes for an SO without running the check-out macros. 
  • IGSPN Check Out Macro:
    • A new configuration option is now available for the IGSPN Check Out Macro step
    • Unused fields in the macro can now be hidden
    • This also allows for the macro step to be inserted into different places in your workflow, if different Users update different information in GSPN. 
    • Configuration needs to be handled by Fixably Support. Please submit a support ticket if any of your macros need to be adjusted. 
       

Updates to Existing Features:

  • Manifests:
    • Users can now receive an IMEI / Serial Number if it is not listed in an Incoming Manifest.
    • When the device is added to the Receiving section, it will be flagged and the User will see an indication that this device was not part of the Incoming Manifest.
    • Previously, Users could not receive an IMEI / Serial Number that was not already listed on the Manifest. 
       

Bug Fixes:

  • Manifests: Fixed an issue where a User could see an error message when entering the Processed Incoming Manifests page
  • Cost Estimates with Options: Fixed an issue where the customer could see an “Accepted” message in the customer portal if they Declined a Cost Estimate
  • Customer Portal: Fixed an issue where some customer accounts could not create new Orders. 
  • Quickbooks Online Integration: Fixed an issue where a receipt from Fixably was sent to Quickbooks as an Invoice instead of a Sales Receipt.
  • Fixed an issue where Repair Stickers printed in the incorrect size from Batch Edit
