New Features:
- Printout Profiles:
- Added a new option to System Settings > Printouts > Printout Profiles
- Admins can now define more granularly which fields are visible on Cost Estimates and Order printouts.
- Once a profile is set up, it is available under the printer icon in the Order View alongside the regular printout options.

- GSX Integration:
- When running AST Diagnostics through Fixably (via Macro step or in the Order View), a new QR code option has been added.
- Scan the QR code using the camera on the device being diagnosed, and the device will navigate to Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics and Improvements > Start Diagnostics automatically.

Updates to Existing Features:
- Fixably API:
- Added a new option where OAuth2 clients can now be permitted to action Cost Estimates.
- Added a new option to retrieve the Order diagnosis note when actioning a cost estimate via API.
- When an order is created via API with the store specified, Fixably will now determine the correct service location based on the store's settings.
- This setting will override the location value if the API user specifically includes it in the request
- Added a new option to retrieve Stores and Locations enabled status via API.
- Macros:
- Updated the customer.add macro step to have better support for Saudi Arabian address formats.
- Cost Estimates:
- Added a new option to the customer card called “Bypass Cost Estimate Emails”.
- When enabled, the automated cost estimate email templates will not be sent to this customer.

- Cost_estimate_expired
- This option is useful for customers working with insurance companies or other B2B customers who submit Orders in bulk.

- GSX Integration:
- If a User has changed the Product Type (Service, Module, etc) for a GSX part, the value will no longer be changed back to its default value from GSX the next time API updates the part.
- Roles & Permissions:
- Added a new option where Admins can now delete previously created Roles
- If there are users associated with this role, the User will see a pop-up indicating these users will be moved to the default role
- Permissions are now displayed in alphabetical order for easier navigation.

- GSPN Integration:
- Updated behaviour for when an SO is cancelled
- When a service order is cancelled with a reason code HC031, Fixably will no longer move or delete any parts/order lines
- The Order will now stay in its current Order Status
- The cancellation details will still be sent to GSPN

Bug Fixes:
- QuickBooks Online Integration:
- Fixed an issue where Consolidated Invoices could not be synced to QBO under some conditions.
- Translations:
- Fixed an issue where the order view would not load while Fixably was being used in French
- Purchase Orders:
- Fixed an issue where adding or removing parts from a Purchase Order could result in it being closed under some circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where commas could not be used as decimal separators when creating a draft PO.
- Fixed an issue where, after receiving the product, the system removes or breaks the relationship between the received product and the corresponding Order.
- Fixed an issue that could result in duplicate Purchase Order entries.
- Parts Pending Purchase:
- Fixed an issue where an "Invalid Post Data" error message could occur when trying to order parts via Parts Pending Purchase
- Part Requests:
- Fixed an issue where some parts could not be marked as Accidental Damage
- Reporting:
- Fixed an issue where the User Report did not load the notes section.
- GSX Integration:
- Fixed an issue where, when a customer card is created through the Appointment Scheduler API, the customer’s country was not set.
- Fixed an issue where AppleCare+ pricing information was not displayed on the device card under some circumstances.
- Fixed an issue where the Order Status was not updated to “Awaiting Parts” when the GSX repair was updated to “Repair Released from Processing”.
- Fixed an issue where DOA parts were not syncing to GSX.
- Email Layouts:
- Fixed an issue where System Settings > Email > Email Layouts was not available under certain legacy plan types.
- Order Status Limit Notifications:
- Fixed an issue when setting up the feature; notification emails would not send automatically without Fixably Support’s intervention
