New Features: Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

New Features:

  • GSX Integration: 
    • Added support for new Carry-in Return to Customer repair strategy. 
    • In the Create Carry-in Repair form, there is a new option under the details tab named “Return repaired unit to customer”.
  • Updated Printout Font Available:
    • Added a new option to System Settings > Printouts > General > Default Font
    • Noto Sans Kr improves support for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean characters in Printed documents.
       

 

Updates to Existing Features:

  • Multiple Email Domains:
    • Earlier in 2025, we added support for multiple email domains within one tenant. 
    • This was helpful for service providers that may use separate email domains for different parts of their business (for example, to separate service and sales or service and IT / MSP functions).
    • The first implementation of this allowed users to define which email domain was used on a customer level. 
    • We have expanded support, and now email domains can be defined on a location and store level. 
    • If multiple email domains are configured in your tenant, the new option will be visible in each Location’s settings. 


       

 

Bug Fixes:

  • Incoming Goods / Purchase Orders:
    • Fixed an issue where partial quantities were received incorrectly. 
  • IGSPN Integration:
    • Fixed a temporary issue with syncing orders with GSPN.
    • Fixed an issue related to opening files.
  • Custom Fields:
    • Fixed an issue where custom field values had disappeared from an Order. 
  • GSX Integration:
    • Fixed an issue where the “Auto-Close Unhandled Appointments” setting could fail to close the Order if there were mandatory tasks. 
    • Fixed an issue where the GSX Certificate Tool could not be used with Saudi Arabia’s country code. 
  • Internal Transits:
    • Fixed an issue where internal transit shipment filtering did not work with Orders starting with 3xxxxxxx.
