    New Features Updates to Existing Features Bug Fixes

    New Features

    • Customers
      • Improved UI for viewing and managing a customer's favourite products — the customer profile now displays favourites in a clearer layout, making it faster to add commonly requested items to orders
    • Labels
      • New advanced structured repair label editor for designing custom label layouts — provides a field-based interface for building repair labels in a controlled, consistent way
    • Macros
      • Macro step counter now correctly excludes hidden steps, so the stop count reflects only the steps actually visible to the user
    • Order Lists
      • Order list configurations can now be exported and imported as JSON, making it easy to back up list setups, share them with teammates, or replicate configurations across accounts
      • New visual filter builder for creating and managing order list filters — build filters by selecting fields, operators, and values through a point-and-click interface, with no manual condition writing
    • Purchases
      • Product labels can now be printed via QZ Tray directly from the Purchases view, without needing to navigate away from the page
    • Settings
      • Allowed IP address restrictions now support CIDR range notation — define an entire subnet with a single entry (e.g. 192.168.1.0/24) instead of listing individual IPs
    • Shipping
      • DPD UK Swapit 1 Day shipping method is now available and can be selected as a shipping option for eligible UK orders
    • Stock
      • Multiple DOA stock locations can now be configured per service location — each service location can have its own set of DOA stock assignments rather than being limited to one
    • UI
      • Light/dark mode toggle added to the system menu — users can switch between light and dark mode directly from the menu without going into account settings

     

    Updates to Existing Features

    • API
      • Purchase orders are now editable via the API, and tracking information can also be set — integrations can update purchase order details and assign tracking numbers after the order has been created
      • Order line API responses now include the selected pricing option, so external systems can read which pricing option was applied to each order line
    • Imports
      • Orders can now be imported without a serial number or IMEI — these fields are no longer required during import, allowing orders for devices without one to be bulk imported
    • Order Lists
      • Missing default order lists are now automatically restored — if defaults have been accidentally removed, the system detects and restores them with no manual steps
    • Passwords / Security
      • Password reset flow updated with UI improvements — the reset option is now shown without requiring security questions to be configured first

     

    Bug Fixes

    • Customers
      • Default customer type logic was incorrect when using the "convert to customer" action
    • Documents
      • Basel document cumulative quantity was not summing correctly
    • Emails
      • Email status remained "Pending" after the Mailgun delivery webhook was received
    • Employees
      • Customer type was incorrectly required when saving an employee
      • "Check entered data" error appeared when creating a new employee
    • GSX
      • Category-specific GSX margin was being incorrectly applied to parts outside that category
    • Orders
      • Order status was not updating to "Awaiting Parts" after a repair was released in GSX
      • Service summary printout displayed raw HTML tags for serial number labels
    • Order Lines
      • Decimal quantities in order lines were handled inconsistently
      • Order line was created without an order ID during cost estimate manual selection
    • Payments
      • Moneris payment completion deadlock
      • Buckaroo invoice was not generated after a customer accepted a cost estimate in the portal
    • Shipping
      • TNT Australia tracking URL was incorrect for domestic consignments
    • Tasks
      • Task enable action was failing
    • UI
      • Navigation sidebar appeared unnecessarily on mobile devices
    • Webhooks / API
      • customer.updated webhook was not firing on customer updates via UI or API
      • OAuth2 tokens returned empty results for cost estimate categories

    Customer Portal

    • Delivery address displayed raw HTML line-break tags on the order confirmation and checkout pages
