    Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

    Updates to Existing Features:

    • Outgoing Manifests:
      • Users can now search in Processed Outgoing Manifests by the Customer's first and last name.
    • IGSPN Integration:
      • Added a new configuration option for Depot users where data can be saved in the SO Create Macro step without sending it to GSPN.
      • This improves the workflow for tenants where IQC may fill in certain fields before the Engineer creates the SO. 
    • GSX Integration:
      • When adding GSX parts to an Order some rarely used options have been removed from the form:
        • KGB mismatch reason code
        • Return status code
      • When a User adds a Part that has a substitute available, they will now see a dialogue asking them if they want to use the Substitute Part or continue with the Original Part.
    • Adding Products to Orders:
      • Made the product pop-up smaller so that all information is visible at a glance. 
      • This also improves the experience for users using smaller screen sizes. 


         

    Bug Fixes:

    • IGSPN Incoming Goods: 
      • Fixed an issue where the “Receive and print” button was not working correctly.
    • IGSPN Integration:
      • Fixed an issue where if someone closes the repair in GSPN directly, Fixably did not mark the usage of the DO numbers on the closed repair when synchronized with GSPN.
    • Fixed an issue where linebreaks were ignored when a Report was printed as a PDF.
    • Outgoing Manifests:
      • Fixed an issue where the brand and issue data was missing from the Processed Outgoing Manifests List.
    • Roles & Permissions: 
      • Fixed an issue it was not possible to Import Employees without having Administrator privileges.
