New Features: Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

New Features:

  • Changes to Language Translations:
    • In follow up to our changes to the translation process from December 12, 2024, additional updates have been made:
    • When translations are enabled in a tenant, admins will only see fields that do not have an active translation.
    • Items with a previously existing translation will not be visible and requests for modification will be declined.
       

Updates to Existing Features:

  • Updates to Hungarian Translations for PDF Documents
  • Incoming Manifests:
    • When creating an Incoming Manifests, Users will now see an Issue description field on the item level. 
    • This value will be added to the subsequently created Orders as the Issue note
  • Outgoing Manifests:
    • Users can not delete an Outgoing Manifest
    • Outgoing Manifests can only be deleted if they do not have processed items.
  • IGSPN Integration:
    • Added support for flat rate goods logic for Samsung White Goods
    • Previously this only existed for Samsung Mobile device repairs
       

Bug Fixes:

  • Fixed an issue where a “Declined” response could be sent when a customer responds to a Cost Estimate w/ Options.
  • GSX Integration: Fixed an issue where showing Apple Reimbursements could produce an error.
  • Fixed an issue where customers could not create a shipment label through the Customer Portal under certain circumstances.
  • Fixed an issue where a Deposit would not be returned to an Order when an Invoice was voided.
