Price Lists

• Multiple customers can now be assigned to a single price list: price lists support many-to-many customer assignments, with date-based eligibility windows and automatic sync with the customer card default

Customers

• VAT/Tax ID field is now available on all customer types, not just business accounts; custom user fields now appear in the customer creation form so they can be filled in at the time of creation

Order Lines

• Vendor link field added to order lines: open supplier websites directly from Pending Parts, Purchase Order views, and the order line edit form

• Purchase invoices now sorted by newest first by default; column-level search is now available

GSX

• GSX eligibility warnings (e.g. Proof of Purchase required) are now surfaced in Fixably when opening the GSX repair creation form
• AST diagnostic section labels updated: "Non-interactive Tests" is now "Start from Fixably" and "Interactive Tests" is now "Start from Apple Service Toolkit"
• IMEI received from GSPN is now validated: invalid IMEIs are left blank and an order note is created to log the issue

• New API endpoints for reading and setting customer communication consents (SMS, email, phone, post)

GSX

• Orders with GSX status RLSD now correctly auto-update to "Waiting for Parts"

Locations

• Location logos can now be uploaded successfully
• State/Province selection in location settings now saves and displays correctly after saving

QuickBooks Online

• QBO payment sync and customer sync now work reliably on tenants with large numbers of unpaid invoices or customers

Shipping

• FedEx Poland courier pickup now defaults to the next business day: shipments created on a Friday no longer pre-select Saturday as the pickup date

Orders

• Order email log now shows which files were attached when emails are sent via order event actions

Booking App
