    New Features: Updates to Existing Features: Bug Fixes:

    New Features:

    • Internal Transits:
      • Users can now create an Internal Transit to their Default Service locations.
      • This is useful for Fixably users working in stores without an on-site service facility that ships to a consistent central location.
        • This change will allow some tenants to simplify their configuration for non-servicing locations. This typically involves a “dummy” service location being set up and added for non-servicing locations.
    • Fixably API:
      • Added insuranceCompany field to POST and PATCH /order
    • File Uploads:
      • Added support for MIME type video/quicktime. This is the native recording format for videos taken on modern iPhone models.
    • File Security Policy Updates:
      • This applies to Files uploaded to Fixably and the Customer Portal
      • All new files are uploaded as private to AWS S3, meaning that the files can’t be accessed directly using a URL. Instead, Fixably will generate a temporary URL that is accessible for 1 hour.
        • This change only applies to files uploaded after this release and should have no impact on previously uploaded files.
    • Reports can now be downloaded directly to an Excel file using the Safari browser.
      • Previously, this was only available for Google Chrome users.

         

    Updates to Existing Features:

    • Order Lines:
      • Optimized the lookups used when searching for Products on an Order
        • This should result in faster Product loading times when using non-specific searches in large product databases.
      • When adding a Product to an Order, the Stock Availability is now shown in a more convenient place.
        • This change reduces an input for the user to check local stock availability. Now everything is visible on the main pop-up to add the Product.
    • Manifests:
      • Removed the enter key action from the Manifest forms. This previously acted as a Save button and could cause the Manifest form to unexpectedly close.
        • This change makes Manifest usage more predictable and stable for Users that primarily use Fixably with a barcode scanner.


           

    Bug Fixes:

    • Roles and Permissions:
      • Fixed an issue where a user could modify Order tags even if they didn’t have permission.
      • Fixed an issue where the Create Customer button was visible even if a User did not have permission to create new Customers.
      • Fixed an issue where the Turnaround Time (TAT) button was visible even if a User did not have permission to view TATs.
    • Adding Child Customers from an Order: remove the unnecessary confirmation message when adding a Child Customer to an Order
    • Fixed an issue where Order Line statuses were not visible in some situations.
    • Fixed an issue where Product Tags were not visible when searching for a Product from an Order
    • IGSPN Integration: Fixed an issue where Order Lines could be duplicated when synchronizing from IGSPN.
    • Stocks:
      • Fixed an issue where Administrators could face performance issues when using the View Parts button
      • Fixed an issue where a difference list could have incorrect values
      • Fixed an issue where a User could not Change stock on an Order Line under certain circumstances.
      • Fixed an issue where the Purchase Order form cleared on saving if there were any errors. This could result in the User having to make the PO again from the beginning.
    • Fixably API: Relaxed recently added validation rules for device.id, delivery.id and Multi selection tasks as these were causing issues in some customer integrations.
    • Device Models Database: fixed an issue where a User was able to select a brand even if it was disabled.
