Upcoming New Feature: Roles & Permissions:

The public launch of Roles & Permissions has been postponed to November 21, 2024, to allow our team more time to migrate Fixably Enterprise Customers from their UAT to Production environments. 

Updates to Existing Features:

Outgoing Manifests:

• Updated Printout Layout with better formatting for Tasks
  • When “Show on Printouts” is selected for a Task, its value will print on the Outgoing Manifest.
  • Additional rows will be added for each Order on the printout as required. 

Advanced Cost Estimates (Cost Estimates with Options):

• When creating a Cost Estimate Option, there are now option types available: Approve, Decline, Other
  • Previously these were open-text fields
• These changes are in preparation for an upcoming Customer Portal update related to Cost Estimates. Stay tuned!

File Management: 

• You can now access the Files menu in an Order without having a Device attached.

Bug Fixes:

• Fixed a rare issue where if some special characters were used in a Part Number, it could prevent an Order from being Closed or Invoiced. 
• Fixed an issue where Order Tasks were not printed in the outgoing manifest documents.
• Fixed an issue where deleting the last item would not also delete a Manifest.
• Fixed an issue where a User would get an error when adding a Loaner to an Order.
