New Features:
- Added a new Order List option so Users can exclude values from their Order Lists.
- Use != to exclude Queues, Statuses, Tags, etc from Order Lists.
- Shrink content option is now enabled by default.
- When using a feature that utilizes the pop up on the right side of the window (Send Email / SMS, GSX Integration, Edit Customer Info, etc), the Hide/Shrink content button is now enabled by default.
Updates to Existing Features:
- Receiving Manifests Updates:
- Added a new column that shows the Device Model Code in Processed Manifests
- Moved the Manifest Reference field to its own dedicated column.
- Improved Pending Manifests to show Users the total expected quantity of each Model within a manifest.
- IGSPN Integration - Updated the IGSPN Check-out macro so the same names are used for Service Grade Codes and in the Work Code logic.
- Stock Traceability - Updated Stock Management window so a technician’s full name is used. Previously the Technician’s first name and last initial was used.
- Stock Traceability - Added the possibility to mark an order line ready for collection from the Order Line.
- Order Line Updates - Added a new option to show total of the line items without Tax/VAT. Previously, only the total with tax was summed.
- Added a new option to Printouts to display if a customer has not consented to share their email.
Bug Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where Device models could not be selected when creating a Receiving Manifest.
- Fixed an error when fetching customers created by 3rd party API clients.
- Fixed an issue where the “Exclude Closed Orders” was not working when searching for IMEIs / Serial Numbers via Batch Edit.
- Fixed an issue where the Purchase Order creation renders incorrectly and cuts off the price field when using smaller screen sizes
- GSX Integration - Fixed the issue where Purchase Orders are not being updated with Substitute Parts.
